Download and install IBO Player

On your device, open the app store (Amazon App Store for Firestick, Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS, Microsoft Store for Windows). Search for "IBO Player" and install the free official app. Samsung and LG Smart TVs can install IBO Player directly from their built-in app store.

Open IBO Player and locate your MAC address

Launch the app once. The home screen displays your unique MAC address (a string like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX) along with your device key. Keep this screen open — you'll need both values for activation.

Send your MAC address to VodiCast

Open WhatsApp and message our support line at +1 514 447 7860, or reply to your order confirmation email, with:

• Your VodiCast order number
• The MAC address shown by IBO Player
• The device key (if displayed)

Wait for the activation confirmation

Our team links your VodiCast subscription to your IBO Player device within minutes. You'll receive a confirmation message as soon as the playlist is loaded onto our servers — typically under 10 minutes during business hours, 30 minutes overnight.

Restart IBO Player and start streaming

Fully close and reopen the IBO Player app. Your VodiCast channel list, EPG, VOD library and categories will load automatically. Tap any channel to begin streaming in 4K. That's it — you're live with 20,000+ channels.

Optional: enable favourites and parental controls

Inside IBO Player you can mark your most-watched channels as favourites, hide categories you don't use (sports, adult, foreign) and set a 4-digit PIN to lock kids out of specific content. All settings are stored locally on your device.
