These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VodiCast service, including the VodiCast website at https://vodicast.com and any related applications, panels and credentials we provide. By placing an order or activating a VodiCast subscription you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Canada to subscribe to VodiCast. If you are subscribing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
VodiCast provides access to streaming media content via the third-party application IBO Player. Each subscription entitles the customer to one (1) simultaneous device connection. Channel lineups, VOD libraries and feature sets may change at any time at our discretion to reflect content rights, technical constraints or product improvements.
Your VodiCast credentials are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our prior written consent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
All prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of any taxes that may be applicable in your jurisdiction. Payment is required upfront for the entire subscription period. We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Interac e-Transfer through a secure third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
VodiCast offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy. After the 7-day window has elapsed, all sales are final.
You agree not to use VodiCast to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation in Canada or your jurisdiction; (b) infringe any intellectual property right; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise compromise our streaming infrastructure; (d) record, redistribute, broadcast or otherwise share the content delivered through your subscription with third parties; (e) resell credentials without authorization through our official Reseller Program.
While we target 99.9% uptime, VodiCast is delivered over the public internet and may occasionally be interrupted by network outages, datacenter incidents, content provider issues or scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for service interruptions outside of our reasonable control.
The VodiCast name, logo, website, software and documentation are the exclusive property of VodiCast and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any VodiCast material without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your VodiCast subscription at any time, without notice and without refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to VodiCast, to other customers or to third parties.
VodiCast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VodiCast and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of VodiCast, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in the judicial district of Montreal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. Continued use of VodiCast after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or by mail at VodiCast, 2150 Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, Montreal, QC H3H 1M7, Canada.
