VodiCast ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect when you visit https://vodicast.com or subscribe to the VodiCast service, why we collect it, how we store it and what rights you have under Canadian privacy law — including the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25.
We may receive verification and fraud-prevention data from our payment processor and from analytics providers when these services are necessary to operate VodiCast.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, role-based access controls and least-privilege administration. No system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs we will notify affected customers and Canadian authorities as required by law.
VodiCast is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected such information we will delete it promptly.
