Refund Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026. We want every Canadian household to be 100% happy with VodiCast — here is exactly how our money-back guarantee works.

1. The 7-day guarantee

Every new VodiCast subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee starting on the date your IBO Player credentials are activated. If, within those 7 days, you are not satisfied with the channel list, stream quality or any aspect of the service, contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +1 514 447 7860 and we will issue a full refund.

2. What qualifies for a refund

  • The service does not function on your supported device after our team has attempted to assist you.
  • The stream quality is consistently below the 4K / HD standard advertised, on a verified compatible internet connection.
  • A channel pack that was specifically promised at the time of order is not delivered and cannot be added within 72 hours.
  • Duplicate payment for the same order.

3. What is not eligible

  • Refund requests received more than 7 days after activation.
  • Issues caused by your own internet connection (we can help you diagnose; we cannot refund external network problems).
  • Issues caused by an unsupported or out-of-date device. We officially support IBO Player on the devices listed in our setup guide.
  • Cancellation due to a change of mind after the 7-day window.
  • Cancellation due to legal restrictions that came into effect in your jurisdiction after purchase.
  • Reseller credit packs purchased via the Reseller Program — these follow a separate agreement.

4. How to request a refund

Send us a message via email or WhatsApp with:

  1. Your VodiCast order number (or the email used at checkout).
  2. A short description of the issue you experienced.
  3. If applicable, a screenshot or short video showing the problem.

Our team will respond within one business day. Where the issue can be fixed in minutes (for example, switching server, reloading the playlist, or pushing a missing channel pack), we will offer that fix first. If you still want a refund afterward, no questions asked.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method:

  • Credit / debit card: 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Apple Pay: 3–7 business days.
  • Interac e-Transfer: 24–48 hours.

6. Chargebacks

We respectfully ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks are time-consuming for everyone and often slower than a direct refund. Once a chargeback is opened we will pause your subscription until the bank's resolution.

7. Right of withdrawal under Quebec law

Where applicable Quebec consumer-protection statutes grant a longer right of withdrawal than our standard 7-day guarantee, those statutes prevail. Quebec residents should mention their location when contacting us so we apply the most favorable refund window.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products or in applicable law. The current version is always shown at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top.
